Health data is sensitive personal data under Brazilian law, and a web form is not a secure medium for it.

Please do not send symptoms, diagnoses, examination findings, test results, or medication lists through this form. If you are a patient of the clinic, use the clinical contact channels given to you rather than this website. Anything sent here voluntarily is treated as sensitive, used only to reply, and deleted once the exchange closes.

We do not build health profiles of visitors, do not infer health conditions from browsing behaviour, and do not sell or share any such inference.

Please do not send symptoms, test results, or medication lists through the contact form. We cannot advise on whether any product suits you, we will not attempt to, and that question belongs to your physician or pharmacist.
